820-3546, Liquid damage, SSD not reading

Got a 13" Retina board that had liquid damage 8 months ago the client said and now has a flashing folder. Tried a tester SSD and still got the flashing folder. After looking around the board some I see signs of corrosion that tells the story that most likely the PP3V3_S0 pin on the speaker connector shorted out the whole rail as there is power to the SSD Switch for 3v3_S5 but no 3v3_S0. Is there a good place to start looking, currently I'm just going by testing nasty looking components on the rail.

1) Voltage on pin 2 of U8070 for SSD_PWR_EN?

2) Voltage on pin 5 of U8070 for PP3V3_S0SW_SSD_FET?

3) What does L3700 look like? Measure in resistance?

4) What voltage do you get at pin 3 of U3740 for SSD_RESET_L, and pin 4 for SSD_RESET_CONN_L?

No Title

Pin 2 U8070: 3.242v

Pin 5 U8070: 3.335v

Resistance of L3700: 0.1 ohm

Pin 3 U3740: 3.284v

Pin4 U3740: 3.41v

Most of the board looks like this and I can't tell if its just poor Apple build quality or just pure nastiness but the board has no other issues (yet) so I'm still in the grey area about jumping to whether things like this are F'd :)
