This one is cycling once and then stay on is that normal?
All rails present Vcore is at 1,7V, no reactions, no light when mouse is plugged...

History, no water damage, absolutely clean, customer say he felt laptop a little hot so he changed the thermal paste and he sprayed air can when it was off (maybe we should hear ON). Then the board stopped booting.

I don't want to spend time as I did on a 820-00165. Will giva a bios try and the end.

any ideas?

I tried another bios and nothing change...

Do you get PLT_RESET_L and PLT_RST_BUF_L?
Check if any resistor, or cap is not ripped off near the heatsink screws...

Yes both of them are 3.3v present...
