There´s no 15V coming out of my Thunderbolt 15V Boost Regulator.

Q3080 causing it? That chip looking awesome like the indicator.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Did you connect any Thunderbolt device, to need that voltage?

Test the machine disconnecting webcam.
Also run corresponding ASD.

"ASD - "There may be an issue with SMC""
That is not the full error message!

Do you get AVREF_SMC voltage?

I suppose to be the error got starting in Diagnostic mode, not from ASD.

Try first disconnecting the webcam.
If no change, try another trackpad flex/board.

should be some sensor issue...ASD:

one/or more critical sensor error
ERROR - 13005 - loads cpu/gpu - SMC cannot read this sensor
Sensor Failure: 5V Rail Power Highside Faild, Value: 0.700 - had this error 1 time. ASD keeps crashing after a time...

My SMC_OTHER5V_HI_ISENSE is almost nothing - 0.01/0.07v - is here my problem?

Not sure, but looks very low.
You should compare with good board.
5A is the max current designed for R5420 and the output should be aprox 2.5V in such case.
Considering 2-3A as normal consumption, I'll expect 1-1.5V at C5426.

just checked. no good board to compare.

same voltage on C5426. Voltage is starting from 0.03 to 0.11 while the fans getting faster.
