Cpu voltage is present while the fans are spinning.
i have already reflasshed the efi. still same.
the board has neither liquid nor corrosion on it.

Did you try the board alone on the desk?
Also try starting in SMC bypass mode.

You coukd have damaged CPU by FDMF6808 chips.

PLT_RESET_L comes high?

the client told us that it just turned off suddenly and then never turned on again.
PLT_RESET_L is high wile its spinnng the fans, and low while the fans are not turning

Possibly problem caused by FDMF6808N chips, classic for this board.
