820-3662 - Replaced battery and customer took it all worked perfectly fine, and about 1-2 weeks later came back no light or life at all,
please help, thank you will reply fast as this customer is a bit mad and trying to see what i should do,

I suppose you've meant PCH_INTVRMEN_L; please right the signal names correctly.
If R1100 is good, you may have a PCH problem.

Heat PCH with quality flux.
If still low, force the signal with 1K, instead of 330K.
PCH will not work if you don't get at least 2.2V there.

You also have a problem with PPBUS_G3H, not related with PCH.
Check diode mode to ground at F7140.

i was able to heat up the PCH and i am getting 3.3V on PCH_INTVRMEN_L

diode mode on F7140 without f7140/41 pin 1 0.472 pin 2 going up and up, i am guessing short NOT on system side?
