820-3662 WD, magsafe light, fan spin but no chime or image

Hi there,

This board was water damaged. Has been to another shop already. They cleaned the board so cant original areas of corrosion.
I have orange light on MG. Normal fan spin. No light on caps key or USB mouse. No chime, no image.
I took some measurement but now I am stuck and dont know where to look next. Please advice. Thanks!

Try known good BIOS, if PLT_RESET_L is high.

Check first all SPI Series Termination resistors and traces; clean J6100 too.

PLT_RESET_L is 3.35V
cleaned J6100.
Checked all SPI Series Termination resistors and traces.
Replaced U5000. PLT_RESET_L still 3.35V.
When I connect USB mouse I get a blink.

Did you pick SMC from same board model?
Why did you change it, before testing BIOS?

BIOS you mean U6100?
That one I need to read with the flasher tool and flash it to another bios chip, right? I can not simply replace it from another board.
CMS I have taken from the same board.

If you don't have Medusa, or other adapter for J6100, then you need to remove and flash U6100 externally.
