820-3787 Slow

[No-Clean]

Board looks clean, Mac works but very slow, following sensors show high temps:

Heatpipe incoming air 128c
GPU die 129c

Could this be nearly dead GPU?

Try first disconnecting webcam.
If no change, disconnect RIO flex too.
