If you get only one wrong sensor value, should be a problem with that particular sensor.
Check the traces between Q5675 and U5650.
Compare diode mode readings on Q5675 lines qith the ones from Q5680.
Also check Q5670 area, as it is connected in parallel with Q5675.
Should be good to change Q5670 too.
Looks like the issue has something to do with Q5670. Each time its replaced, the fan works normally for the first 1-3 times the computer runs. After around the 3rd to 4th time its started up from a shut down the fan starts spinning fast again each time pointing to a failed Q5670
Replaced all of parallel capacitors. Traces are fine.
Afterwards fan worked normally again for about 30 minutes with all sensor values normal. After running about 30 minutes memory module proximity 2 went back to 128c and fan started spinning fast.
At first after capacitor and sensor is replaced it will read 28C and run normally but after running about 30 minutes sensor somehow fails goes up to 128C and fan spins fast.
After that letting cool down and boot later fan will be running normal for about 10 minutes but hw monitor goes directly to 128C as soon as you log into OS. After the 10 minutes even though it said 128C when fan was running normally it will randomly start spinning fast again.
Only way to get it back to 28C again is to replace sensor again.
Resoldering the same one does not help. Yes if changed starts with nornal fan speed at 28C for about 30 minutes then sensor goes fron 28C to 128C and fan revs up shortly after.
Yes, it starts working normal again with sensor unchanged after board cools down even though HW monitor reads 128C on that sensor immediately. After the board warms up, the fan will then start spinning fast and the sensor value will remain at 128C at times may go up to 131C
