What a crazy iMac put back in the bench injecting 12v on it now.. it looks like its working fine. 0.600a on PSU. 3 lights UP.

PP12V_S0 = 11.85V

HOWEVER

The first time I pressed POWER on the PSU it didn´t turn its totally unstable. Really weird

You are the only one who can confirm that.
But you need a proper lab PSU, or other known good original power supply.
Proper tools are needed to discard problems like this.

If you set your actual lab PSU to 3A, should be sufficient, but I'm not sure; no idea about a current profile on this board.

Indeed

But with the tools that I have now and the behavior that happens. Sometimes it turns on and works and other it doesn´t (So I assume when working everything is working I mean all voltages / power rails).

I do think it could be a tiny component like a resistor not working properly and it all that we´ve got. But

Do you think it could be a PSU issue? If so I am going to be a brand new PSU for this iMac. but really hope to solve this problem

Why don't you get first a 24V/20A lab PSU first?
Some links posted on the forum.
As seen you need one for testing iMacs.
Very usefull also to find shorts on any other logic board.

Tried to find something in Aliexpress and didnt find. Just found one with 60V/6A. Can you give me a link of one that you recommend?

"Some links posted on the forum."
I don't understand why people prefer to wait hours, instead of searching on the forum/Internet.

Better price on Alixpress for sure.
