820-4924-A .520A not turning on

I have another macbook pro A1502 board model 820-4924-A that is consuming 520 ma, it does not have USB activity, it does not have thunderbolt activity. I have all the rails present (from the schematic page 68)... this is the second board that I have with this problem, please help me figure it out.
The board is in S0 state, has cpu vcore, allsys_pwrgd
What else can I check? Thank you!

Any history available?
Check PLT_RESET_L and all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors.
You can also try to flash new BIOS.

Any history available? Left it on and the next morning won´t turn on...
Check PLT_RESET_L = 3.3v
SPI Bus Series Termination resistors = all with the correct values...
Where can I find the BIOS? Can you send me a Link for that?

Maybe bad CPU.
Try BIOS first...

I tried the BIOS, it didn´t worked... I refuse to think its a dead cpu, it was one the night before and working just fine... there must be something we´re missing....

Could be, this is not an exact science...

Did you get any activity on the SPI chip with o-scope?
