820-4924-a doesn't charge. no green light, works perfectly with a full battery

when i connect a charged battery it turns on and works perfectly, but adapter-sense has 0V, no green light and CHGR_AGATE_DIV is 16v, otherwise no power on any lines with a magsafe connected. PPDCIN_G3H is there.

Do you get 3V42_G3H without battery?
If not, post Q7010 voltages.

I have 0v on 3v42_g3h without battery
on Q7010 pin 1-3 0v, pin 4 16,26v - 15,99 is not stable, pin 5 and 6 have 16,46 v drop down every second to 16,2.
