820-4924 charger issues

Hi, got an 820-4924 that doesnt charge from the 65w charger, only 85w (both OEM) and tested working in another machine.

It charges ok with the 85W one, but the 65w charges intermitently. When not charging i get 0v on PP18V5_DCIN_FUSE.

Already tried good working DC In board.

Possibly input leakage.
Try changing Q7180 first.
