820-4924 CPU panic

This arrived with no liquid damage. While trying to install OS update it keeps crashing with the following message.

Is there anything worth checking or is this just bad CPU?

Sometimes the crash will also occur after sitting idle about every 20 minutes

Try with other SSD.
Also test the machine with USB macOS.
