820-4924 No Fan Spin after it gets hot

Board had some corrosion around R5117 near the SMC, fixed that but the original problem of the computer restarting still there, I have boiled it down to the fan not working.

Already replaced SMC, clean BIOS, Q6060

R6060/61/65 all ok

SMC bypass also no fan spin

Shorting SMC_FAN_0_CTL to ground also no fan spin

New fan also no fan spin

At fan connector I have PP5V_S0 5V, FAN_RT_TACH 3.3V

Please advice.

Compare diode mode to ground readings on Q6060 pins with good board.

Also compare voltages; do that in SMC bypass, when fan should spin.

Thanks the problem was one or more of the components mentioned before AND the fan.
