liquid damage, the SMC side of the board , close tot the side connectors, all over that place, cleaned, doesn't look that bad, when it came few days ago actually it was working fine, now there is green light on charger, takes 0.01A on 16.5V , i replaced U7100 twice, same issue, here are the measurement for u7100
