Are you sure?
BTW, 20V into MacBook Air, why?
15V is not good enough?
Check the voltage mark on the original charger.

Post SMC_RESET_L level.

STOP using incorrect charger.
It can trigger VD0R sensor and SMC doesn't like that.
Don't you have all Apple series chargers in the shop?

Check diode mode and voltage on the SCL/SDA lines of the battery bus; w/ and w/o battery connected.
Do you get 12MHz at Y5110?
Post its DC voltages, if don't have an o-scope at hand.
