hi i have a 820-4924 with no power i have green and amber light
ppbus_g3h =12v
pp5v_s5=5.0v
pp5v_s4= 0
pp5v_s3 = 0
pp5v_so = 0
pp3v42_g3h 3.4v
ppvrtc_g3h 3.4v
smv_lid 3.4v
pp3v3_s5 3.4v
can you help im new with this

Always post exact (2 decimals) voltage for PPBUS_G3H; you'll see later how important is!

Any history available, liquid spillage?
Do you get 3V_3S5/SUS?
If yes, post S5_^WRGD, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_BATLOW_L, PM_RSMRST_L and PM_PWRBTN_L.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L (use R5115/16 pads) and check for reaction (drop pulse) at PM_PWRBTN_L.

But you should imagine is S5_PWRGD...
However, is good, as you already got PM_DSW_PWRGD.

If 3.3V, check if drops when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L...
