820-4924 not booting with IO board connected

Replaced top case MacBook Pro 4924 liquid spill on trackpad. Also replaced Right IO board cause when connected with cable 821-1790-A machine will not boot.
Tried 2 cables.
I believe there is a short on logic board related to J9510. Any Clues?

Beep test the board with the flex connected and see if there are any shorts at that point?

Same without the airport card? Inspect connectors for damage

I replaced airport card and I/o board but same result with old I/o board.
