Did you resolder U5110?

Yes U5110 is back on 3.4v on pins 1,3,5,6,7 pin 4 2.8v and pin 8 3.29v

Ok Macbook powers on now, yeah!

But it wont charge the battery, battery health from OS saids is fine, works of fine from the battery but it wont charge, new original charger, even tried another known good 85w charger and same problem... I was already celebrating

All good now U7100 was bad, replaced it and all done!
