I have a rather strange issue. THis Mac shows the following error from report when it did allow login:

mp_kdp_enter() timed-out on cpu 1, NMI-ing
mp_kdp_enter() NMI pending on cpus: 0 2 3
mp_kdp_enter() timed-out during locked wait after NMI;expected 4 acks but received 2 after 29671276 loops in 1550000000 ticks
panic(cpu 1 caller 0xffffff801059e5e1): "IPI timeout, unresponsive CPU bitmap: 0x4, NMIPI acks: 0x0, now: 0x0, deadline: 67728194108, pre-NMIPI time: 0xfc4ea3bcd, current: 0xfe2b7a205, global: 1"@/System/Volumes/Data/SWE/macOS/BuildRoots/e90674e518/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-7195.121.3/osfmk/x86_64/pmap.c:2905

There's more info but didnt know if it was necessary and it's quite lengthy.

AHT shows no issues. I tried different SSD's and reloading OS. Tried new firmware with cleanME. When it does allow for me to login, I was able to throttle the GPU and CPU for over 24 hours without crashing.

Probably RAM, or CPU issue.
Did you try USB macOS?
Test disconnecting unnecessary devices; keep only trackpad and internal LCD.
