820-4924 works with external display but not the main screen

water damage logicboard. The LVDS connector and screen were damaged. I changed the LVDS connector but it's not giving me an image on the screen. I test it with another screen and same result. When I connect HDMI, it loads fine. any idea where I should check

C8311 was bad and I replaced it. It worked with my test screen and when I connect the customer screen it didn't work. Now it's not working with my test screen

Do you get steady 5V at pins 28-30 of J8300?
DP_INT_HPD should go high at same time.
