820820-3437-b strange issue

I have a 820-3437 which takes long to wake up once it has gone to sleep, it just happens when machine is running on battery, with charger plugged in, it wakes up fine.
i have replaced battery, keyboard and io board but it does the same thing.
already reflowed smc at 150, but nothing is changed.
ran asd and sensor vp0r fails when its running on battery power, but passes when magsafe is connected

Check how SMC_LID goes up on battery only; when exit from sleep.
It fails VP0R, or VD0R?
VD0R is related with charger and is not available in battery mode.
The issue is present on high battery level, or low level only?

VP0R can fail if battery is low, because PPBUS_G3H is lower.

I was asking if sleep recover issue depends of battery level...

Okay, so i checked it throughly and it seems that machine will turn on by battery just once, that means it will only power on when battery is connected after that if i shut down it and try to turn it on, it won't react to power button, it will only turn on if i keep holding power button for 10 to 15 seconds.
i have already replaced isl6259, q7155, r7150 and caps on battery line, but nothing is changed so far.

Post SMC_PBUS_VSENSE voltage on battery only; when board started.
Its 1.269 volts.
this board had ripped battery connectors and pads for data lines were missing, i have put jumper wires on it and getting around 3.4 volts on both lines, do you think there might be something wrong with those pads?

If battery is not correctly connected on SCL/SDA lines, this is one of the possible results...
