I have a 2.2ghz i7 board that I'm hoping to fix. Overall the board is very clean. Mag safe goes from green to orange.

PP5V_S5 - 5.00
PP5V_S4 - 5.00
PP5V_S3 - 0.00

PP3V3_SUS - 3.32
PP3V3_S5 - 3.32
PP3V3_S4 - 0.00

Any history available?
Any pulse at big coils?
Also check if PM_SLP_S4 try to pulse at least.
Does it start in SMC bypass mode?
Post PM_RSMRST_L, PM_PWRBTN_L.
Any reaction at PM_PWRBTN_L if trigger SMC_ONOFF_L low?

Check for short at 3V3_S4.
It should be present, if you get 5V_S4.

PP5v_S4RS3 for sure present? If so, check if PP3v3_S4 or PP5v_S3 pulse or if they are possibly shorted. If they pulse, also check if CPU Vcore pulses. Also check all that 2informaticos asked for.
