Previous work. Liquid damaged.

PPBUS = 8.6
3V42 = 3V42
S5 rails = 3v3 5v

All S4 S3 S0 rails (3v3, 5v, 1v05, 1v5, 1v2, 1v8, 0v6) cycling. Can't find a short. I'm guessing maybe Isense somewhere is bad?
I'm stuck on this one.

Check for any pulse at U1950, pins 1, 7, 3.
Be sure it gets 3V at pin8.

The usual U1950/U6100 traces/resistors, J6100, crap under SMC.
