4.97v across L7320
While I was moving the board around the charger light came on.
reseated the power cables and the green charge light came on.
That is my inexperience.
Will go through all the rails over again.

Got green charger light by moving reseating cables. Testing from square 1.
L7320 has consistent voltage across.

Going down the power rails

PP5VS3 missing

PM_S4_STATE_L missing on Q7002

Which goes back to U2300 Chip

It all winds up at U2300

I could reach pins on the border. The 3rd one in I believe its pin 45 and has constant 3.3V. Attached the keyboard and pressed the power button and no change to the voltage. The other 2 , i.e. pins 15 and 30 were Zero.

Attached keyboard why?
I already explained you how to simulate power button.
Power button can be bad.
If you use R5015 pads, is better.
Just check first if SMC_ONOFF_L drops to 0V.
PM_PWRBTN_L should react at same time.

This was tough one. I have 3.4v at R5070
I don't get any pulse SMC_ONOFF_L when I short the pads.
It remains at 3.4V.
No voltage at pin 45 on u2300. Its tough to measure this one. I was wrong previously.

R5015 pad 1 is placed on SMC_ONOFF_L.
Pad 2 is ground.
How can't drop SMC_ONOFF_L, if you tie it to ground???

Thanks for you support.
I hit a snag. Have to figure out what went wrong.
Had some smoke and I think I fried u7600.
Will get that part from Louis and will replace.
