A1278 820-2936-B 3 beeps

Hi,

I have an A1278 820-2936-B with 3 beeps. I've already replaced with known good RAM modules, but the problem persists.

I can't see nothing damaged on the board, and I don't know where to start.

Can you help?

Possibly damaged RAM slots.
BTW, did you try with PC3-8500 too?

Use DDR3 test card to see which connections are bad.

Clean RAM slots, resolder some pads...

There must be RAM slots, or CPU problem.
Communication bus between RAM and CPU is broken somewhere.
