A1286 820-2850 disk not booting

Hi

I have an A1286 820-2850 that is not booting. It gets stucked, even in safe mode.

I've already replaced the HDD flex, and tried other disks but without sucess.

Can you help?

Test if you can boot USB macOS, w/ and w/o internal SSD connected.

Hi.

Now it doesn't boot at all.

I have all major voltages, no big coil seams to be shorted, have FAN spin and it reaches 1.4A, but have no USB activity.

Can it be BIOS? Do you have a cleanME for this model that can share?
