Hi,

I have an A1369 820-3023-A the beeps 3 times.
The only thing strange that i notice on the board is the Q9425 with some strange colour (like a bit burnt).
I get 1.5V on = PP1V5_S3_MEM_B
I suppose that it is related to the RAM, but i have now idea for where to start.
Can you please help?

I reballed all 16 chips one time and board still works after 6 months.
