A1369 fan spinning fast

when i turn on the machine the fan directly spin fast i checked sensors i found Heatpipe outgoing air stuck on 128 degree celsius also Heatpipe 2

Any history available, liquid damage?
Test first disconnecting webcam cable.
Did you try known good trackpad board/flex?

yes it had liquid damage
i did still the same problem
this trackpad is workingso i didn't try to change it.

Palm rest temp sensor can cause such behoaviour; is the reason to test known good trackpad flex/board.

LIO board also has a temp sensor, so test known good LIO board/flex.

any option to test or to know exactly where is the problem, since i don't have another parts to test?

You need to test with known good parts.
Heatpipe air sensor is on LIO board.
