A1398 820-00163-5 no image

Hi,

I have an A1398 820-00163-5 with no image. Nither internal or external.

I have green light, CPU gets hot, have fan spin that increase RPM after a few seconds.

All big coils have voltage, but USB tester doesn't show USB activity.

Can you help?

Did you try known good BIOS.
PLT_RESET_L comes high?

Client said that the display started going black and stopped giving image.

I didn't try new BIOS, but it seams that someone tried before me.

PLT_RESET_L = 3.3V

Thank you for the BIOS.

I've already flashed the clean ME BIOS, but i have the same result. No USB activity.

If you didn't get BIOS activity before, nor after flashing BIOS, your problem is not video related.
BIOS is also discarded now.
You may have problems with CPU, or GPU.

Medusa doesn't help here.
I never tried with method like 3332/3787 on this board.
