A1398 820-3332-A no power

HI,
I have A1398 820-3332-A no power that has no power. I has green light, but no fan spin and only pulls 250mA on PSU.

PP5V_SUS = 5V

PP1V5_S0 = 1.5V

You've said no power, but also posted S0 voltages.
So the board turns on.

Do you get voltage at L7330 and L7630?

L7330 :
PIN 1 = 1.1V
PIN 2 = 1.3V

L7630 :
PIN 1 = 2.08V
PIN 2 = 1.05V

NEVER test DC voltage on the AC pin of a coil.
DC voltage is present on the filter cap side (output).

Missing ALL_SYS_PWRGD?
If yes, remove Q7950 and test again.

Post U7400 voltages; pins 19, 46, 47.
Check R7402/03 integrity.

When measuring your request, I notice some corrosion on U7400, and after lifted it up, it started to work again.
