A1398 ssd blown part?

I have an A1398 here that was given to me with "not seeing hard drive" I test with good known ssd and board works perfectly.

I take a look at the ssd under the scope and notice this blown component -(see pic)
All components around this area seem to short to ground.

You can see the black component bulging in 2 places where it has blown, do we know what this is. Can it be replaced?

Is C7S the marking code?
I didn't find any information on it.
You can try to search adding "SMD code", "DFN-8" or both on Google.

Looks like a dual MOSFET (connected in parallel), or some voltage regulator.
Remove it and check for short on SSD side.

It looks more like C78, Googled the nuts off it and cant find anything really,

I can replace the drive for £15 so its probably not worth the hassle.
