macbook A1398 board no 820-3332 only orange light appears , found some corrosion near U6200 pin 1&2

DCPS stuck on 015mAmp
SMC_BC_ACOK 3.42 IS PRESENT
ANY SUGGESTION

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage (without battery connected).
Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS?

Be aware, this board requires 85W Magsafe 2 charger to turn on; if no good battery present.

Are you using 85W Magsafe 2 charger?
Be aware, this board doesn't turn on with 45/60W charger, if no good battery is connected.

Check PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_BATLOW_L, SMC_ADAPTER_EN and the 4 PCH's RTC signals.

yes have 85W Magsafe Charger but right now using DCPS at 18.10V-3.5Amp for testing

3.42V is present on PM_DSW_PWRGD

PCH will not start Power On Sequence, until gets high level there.
This signal usually goes low using 45/60W charger, instead of correct 85W.
Check your power cable, if is recognized at 85W in other working Mac.

Just in case, try connecting both charger and known good battery at same time.
See if starts pressing power button.

Do you mean that you've connected just positive and negative from lab PSU???
How the SMC will recognize the power then???
It MUST talk with the 1-wire memory from the Magsafe connector, where the information is stored...

i does't had 85W charger & the charger which i got from customer was repaired, replaced magsafe 2 cable by 60W.... but i have a 85W magsafe 1 charger & from your reference i adjust this cable in this MAC
finally fan spins
the best thing i have learned in this case, the importance of Same watt charger.

L7095 3V42 is present
3v42 is also present on 4 RTC

PM_BATLOW_L NO VOLT ON THIS LINE
3V3_SUS NO VOLT ON THIS LINE
SMC_ADAPTER_EN no volt on this line

3V42 is present on PCH_DSWVRMEN
no volt on this line PM_DSW_PWRGD

BTW, get original Magsafe 2; stop using 1->2 adapters...
