a1466 2014 hangs

Hello, i have 2014 macbook air which works very slowly, once it showed strange image, photo attached.

Tesr external video.
Also try PRAM reset.

PRAM reset changes nothing. On external monitor only image is transfered without icons.

has anybody faced with similar problem?

Check how image appears on external monitor when internal image is distorted...
If only internal is affected, try other LCD assembly.
If problem persists on external, reflow RAM.
