Sorry. On the bench PSU it reaches 16V and 0.030A
3V42_G3H = 3.4V steady, even when reboots
PPBUS_G3H = 8.57V steady even when reboots

Can you test with original Magsafe 2 charger?

I´ve already tested it, but with same result. No power on
Do you get same above mentioned voltages with original charger?

Be sure all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces are good.
ALso inspect J6100 for corrosion.

J6100 has no corrosion.
R6116 was missing and I've replaced it. All SPI Bus Termination resistors are with normal values, and traces are ok.
