Did you test known good trackpad board/flex?
Also test another LIO board/flex.

"havent seen these boards going loud fan when naked on the bench"
Fan increases speed in aprox 10-20s; and ALWAYS board alone does that.

I have replaced the trackpad and its cable. Still that loud fan. Tpad and keyboard are typing well. There was liquid sign around tpad, bbut no visible oxidation. No oxidation on the board either.
Customer reported this happen after a drop. I am trying to start diagnostic utility but no luck so far. SMC reset doesnt affect

LIO and trackpad boards have thermal sensors.
If swapped both, as their flex too, then try now disconnecting camera.

Is the battery recognized and charging?
Check I/V sensors output voltage from page 42.
