A1466 820-32-09-A no power

Hi,

I have an A1466 820-3209-A that has green light, but no fan spin.

It takes 0.400 A no PSU and them drops to around 0.250A.

I think that I have a short on PPCPUVCCIO_S0_REG because on L7630 I get:

Diode mode =0.0216V and 11.90 ohm off resistance to ground.

Is this shorted or low resistance circuit?

Can you help?

Which voltages do you get on the coils?

On L7630 = 0.0198V
L7330 = 1.3V
L7550 = 0.0002V
L7510 = 0.0023V
L7100 =0.89V

ISL95870 fails a lot.
Post U7600 voltages; pins 3, 13, 14.
If good, change U7600.

U7600 :

3 = 0.5V
13 = 5.1V
14 = 5.1

CPUVCCIOS0_EN seams low, isen't it?

Just replaced U7600 but still the same. No fan spin, and the same values on pins. 3. 13 and 14 of U7600

Check R/C7981.

Do NOT change components w/o real reason in the future.

Hi, sorry. I was not sure and decided to replace it.
R/C7981 are good, and on PIN 3 of U7780 I also get 0.5V

R/C7981 are good"
At least one is bad.
Replace them, don't check with "eyes only".

R7981 has 20K ohm, and 3.3V on both pins, and C7981 isen't shorted (diode mode has normal values). I'll replace both just for sure.

Don't replace then.
Check the trace to U7600.
