What about PLT_RESET_L?
Did you try starting in SMC bypass mode?

cpu core 1.8v
PLT_RESET_L 2.8v
yes when fan spinning

cpu getting usual heat . fan not on with power button. tested with charging battery

SMC bypass? press power[10 to 15 sec] and insert charger right ?
