A1502 820-4924-09 semi-dead

This board is similar to the one in the other post but it has different current measurements. It also turned off and did not turn on again

first I had a short in C7900 and C7901. I have removed both capacitors and now there is no short and I can measure PPBUS_G3H 12.5v but it still won't turn on. If I try to connect the charger with the battery, the battery symbol appears in red but the fan does not turn and does not turn on.

is it necessary to replace the capacitors to test? or can it be tested without closing the circuit?

This machine starts without fan sign; it will spin when CPU gets really hot.

Test the board alone on the desk, only charger connected; NO trackpad, nor keyboard.
Just check CPU core voltage (L7310/20).

I used original magesafe1 charger with original adapter to 2
