I HAVE REMOVED R7191 THEN AFTER GETTING 6.8 TO 7 VOLT,
FROM U7190 5 VOLT OK, AFTER REMOVING R7191 I AM GETTING 5 V ON L7195 OK.

If you remove R7191, this power supply doesn't send any voltage to U7100.
It only uses the internal VDD voltage now; this may not support the current required by VDDP.

yes, you are right. is there any else which generate voltage on u7100 pin 19, because i have removed R7191, R7101, C7101, C7100. then checked voltage on pin 19, i am getting 6.7 to 6.9 voltage still. and i have fixed U7100 from working board-in that board on pin 19 it hase 5.01 voltage.

Put back R7101 and both caps.
Then post basic voltages of U7100: 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.

i am getting 0.129 diode value after removing all that resister and capacitor and also U7100.
might be this issue. it should require OL on pin 19.

If you left the pin 19 on air and still get diode mode reading, then you have a problem with the copper layers.
