hello, tried this unit with 3 ssd with 3 different MacOS versions same problem.
is this ram issue? please give some advice how to next. motherboard is clean no visible corroded parts

The error message is directly RAM related.
There are only 4 chips, easy to change them.

is this required to change or can just try reball?
because i dont have ram for the moment.

I have the same board rebooting when I run geekbench 5 to stress it. Are there diagnostics available for download For this board?

ASD not available since 2015.
An official Apple service can run online diagnostic.

You can start embedded basic diagnostic mode (built in AHT); will not get too much information probably.
