A1534 820-00045 no power

I have an A1534 820-00045 that has no power. It has 5V on amp meter,but pulls 0A.

I have 5.2V on PPDCIN_E85_SS
PPDCIN_G3H = 5.2V
PP3V3_G3H = 0V
PP3V3R3V0_AON = 0V

I'm looking for the CD3215A but can't find it on this board, and not even sure if that's relevant in this case...

Can you help?

This model doesn't use CD3215 chip.
U4700/80 are known as common failure.
Check diode mode to ground on PP3V3R3V0_AON .

I've replaced U4700 and 4780 but without success.
PP3V3_G3H = 0V and PP3V3R3V0_AON = 0V . None is shorted.

it's pretty much the same. 0.335V

Looks still too low.
Could be U7100, or other chip connected there.
Continue with U4400 and U4650.

I've replaced U7100, U4400 and U4650, but same result.
Any more ideas?

Check again that diode mode reading.
Should be higher than 400; compare with other board.

Do you think that this diode value isen't OK?
