Failed charge port - chewed up pins

Changed the port but nothing past 5v - tested port on known good board and the port is fine.

Checked CD3215B01 and LDO_BMC = 0v
Changed CD3215B01 and still the same... changed again in case it was faulty chip.. still the same.

Checked further and all LDO are present apart from LDO_BMC.
No shorts on CC1 CC2

SMC_RESET_L 0.5v and fluctuating
PP3V3_G3H = 0v
SMC_PM_G2_EN =0v
SMC_BC_ACOK =0v
PP3v3_S5 = 0v
PP3v3_S5_SMC_VDDA = 0v

R7020 DCIN 5.1v

ACIN on U7000 1.3v
DCIN on U7000 5.1v

Im stuck at this point.

The good board is slightly different but should hopefully be good enough for comparison

Bad Board - 820-00244Good Board - 820-00687
L76700.153v0.313v
L76900.346v0.345v
L74300.009v0.014v
L74100.009v0.014v
L72300.010v0.015v
L72100.010v0.015v
L72900.025v0.025v
L80000.051v0.048v
L80500.068v0.061v
L79000.176v0.111v
L84100.410v0.402v
L79600.114v0.113v
L90000.343v0.360v
L70300.447v0.455v

All small coils on the same side and opposite side gave similar readings to the good board

My only concern with these is L7670 which is PP5V_S4

Unfortunately I don't have a scrap a1534 board but I've been playing around and the board powers up on battery. Lights up gets PPBUS_G3H HS_Computing etc.
If I plug in the charger while the board is powered by battery, the power meter stays blank as if no power is going through it.

Does that help narrow down any other possibilities?

Thank you for your help 2informaticos. I waited for a new batch of CD3215B01 and it now works perfectly.. must have been two bad CD3215 in a row.
