Just for future knowleged, is there any way that i can make sure (at least probable) that it has a bad CPU? Can i mesure something to make sure, and avoid all this time and spare components use?
As I said, this is not an exact science.
Every time you got A1534 in the service, think if worth the time.
You can solve a power problem and customer can come back in few months with dead CPU/SSD, claiming for warranty.
Try to explain him your previous repair has nothing to do with new problem...
