a1534 - Not charging

It didn't work before and I've replaced ISL95530 with one I've ordered on AliExpress. It works nog, but it won't charge the battery. Afterwards I saw the videos where Louis explains about these chips not working. So would this need a proper ISL95530 replacement or could there be other things that I'm missing?

So machine works now, only battery not charging?
I was supposing this chip has firmware and expected a new one nor even generates PPBUS_G3H...

Yes, the machine is fine otherwise. Anyway, the way to go is get one from a donor board?

I suppose it has firmware and the best way to confirm that is replace it with donor.

However, as the machine works, apart of battery charging, measure something on the battery bus first.
Check voltage and resistance to ground on SCL/SDA lines.
Any history fault available?
Can you try a known good battery, or test its own on other machine?

Yes ISL on these has to come from a donor. New chips are all BS and don?t have firmware
