i get 5v on L4004
i get 5v on pin 46 on J8500
1.8v on pin 40 12C_cam_SDA
1.8V ON PIN 38 12C_CAM_SCL

Check L4002/3 continuity.

i get continuity on L4003 PIN 3 TO J8500 PIN 37
PIN 4 TO PIN 39
PIN 1 TO PP9951 PIN 1
PIN 2 TO PP9952 PIN 1

Not sure what you are doing there.
Did you check internal continuity (1-4, 2-3) for mentioned coils???

sorry it has continuity 1 to 4 and 2 to 3 on both L4002 and L4003
