A1706 820-00923 No boot

Please advise what else can I check. Board was damaged by liquid but not a lot. Only couple of resistors were suspicion which I replaced. Boot looks normal now at the beginning - 20v 0.80A..0.90A.. 0.42a and it stops at 0.42A.
PLT_RESET_L = 3.3V
PPVCC_S0_CPU -1.1v when drops to 0.6v

Tried diferent BIOS.. please advise

What's the problem, has image and missing backlight only
Looking at VCORE progress, board really boots.
Check for USB activity and external video.
Internal Caps Lock light reacts?

No video, no external video and CAPS lock is not working (checked with external keyboard)

Did you try KNOWN good BIOS?
Do a proper check for USB activity, apart of external keyboard.
Is very strange, as VCORE has correct evolution in time.

BIOS I tired is from fully working mac. No USB activity

Heat CPU with quality flux; just to burn eventually accumulated crap.
