A1706 No image, No video

A1706 came in for flexgate issue.. I replaced the screen and forgot to disconnect the battery.. smh.. Now new screen shows no back light, no video also no external video with HDMI... I am getting the required 20v with tester but it wont chime or turn on.. Fans spin and track pad works.. I took board out but I can't find any signs of a blown anything.. Where should I start to get to the problem of this? Thank you so much.
i also dont have access to shemactics so if you can screen shot me somthing that would be much apprecaited.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Test external video disconnecting internal LCD.
Also check CPU core voltage after 10-15 seconds.

For schematics, tell us the exact 820-xxxxx code of your MLB; 00239, or 00923.
Write MLB code on the title of the future threads.

That is really high value for CPU core; check it on the output pin of the coils, where the filter caps are placed.
Test the board alone on the desk; nothing connected, apart of charger.
