A1707 820-00281 won't wake from sleep with high fan spin

SMC_LID_LEFT_R=3.4v
HALL_SENSOR_LEFT=3.4v
SMC_LID_LEFT=3.4v
SMC_LID_RIGHT=0V
SMC_LID=3.3V
I checked SMC_LID_RIGHT at R5253..
Then i jumped a wire from pin 1 of R5258 to pin 2 of R5253..
now system is not coming up...

Why did that?
You've killed left lid signal too.
J5260 sensor is bad; remove R5253 first...

Should i replace J5260 ?

Board should wotk now, with the jumper you did before.

If you change J5260, then solder back R5253 and remove the jumper.

I have solder R5253 and changed J5260...
System now boots fine and waking up from sleep..
But one of the fan spins high..

Compare diode mode readings around both fans circuitry.
Also test with known good fan...

Fan now spins normal after replacing it..
But system is not coming up with charger only..
It just displays charging sign and goes off..

Be sure to use 87W charger.
Also let 10-20 min to charge a bit the battery first...
