A1707 820-00928 not turning on from power button properly

When you shut it down it will not turn on unless you do SMC reset or just unplug it and replug it, wether battery is plugged in or not doesn’t matter. Selecting restart is also unsuccessful on the turn back on part. The button appears to be functional as you can hold it down to turn the computer off for example.

It’s very likely but hard to tell since it wasn’t booting successfully to anything but it was restarting itself and trying to boot so I think no I think it was not doing it before but I’m not absolutely positive.
